The 11” clear vinyl stars have a low tack adhesive. This allows them to stick to walls as well as windows, basically anything with a smooth surface). The low tack allows you to move the stars at least several times and will not pull off paint from walls.

 

I have them on the walls and windows of my home and vehicle. I also place them on the walls or windows to energize and harmonize meetings and event I am atending. When the event is over, I remove the stars and place them on the waxed side of its paper backing. I have already used the same stars at several events and they are still sticking great and then easy to remove.
